S2 Distro Online Payment Policy Agreement
This Online Payment Policy Agreement ("Agreement") governs the payment terms for the use of S2 Distro, a software-as-a-service product owned and provided by Quantum S2 Ltd. S2 Distro can be accessed at https://www.distrosoft.tech. This Agreement is applicable to all customers, whether inside or outside of Nigeria.
By completing the registration process, you are stating that you are eligible for an account and that you agree to this Agreement.
The price you will pay for any product plan of S2 Distro is as stated on our website, and as confirmed to you during the sign-up process. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) which forms a part your total amount due. Payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for customers based in Nigeria and United States Dollar (USD) for customers based outside Nigeria.
For Nigeria based customers, all product plan rates have a built-in 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) charge. For customers subscribing from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for settling all VAT and Tax charges according to your countries regulations and no deductions will be made from the product plan rates.
Quantum S2 Ltd offers a free 7-day trial for S2 Distro prior to payment. During this period, you will not be required to make any payments.
Upon choosing your product plan and entering your payment information, you will be immediately billed. Quantum S2 Ltd will provide an electronic invoice where you can see the total amount, including the tax breakdown.
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, direct bank transfers, and recognized mobile money platforms.
Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or other agreement between you and Quantum S2 Ltd, all payment charges are non-refundable.
Quantum S2 Ltd may change its pricing at any time. If a price change affects you, we will inform you in advance.
Failure to comply with any of the stated terms in this Agreement may result in the termination of your account.
Quantum S2 Ltd reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will inform you of any changes made.

Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of S2 Distro.
