S2 Distro Registration and Subscription Policy Agreement
1.1. Our platform requires that all registrants be at least 18 years of age. By registering or using S2 Distro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2.1. If you choose to create an account with S2 Distro, you will be prompted to select a unique username and password. Upon creating an account, you agree to:
2.1.1. Maintain the confidentiality of your password;
2.1.2. Promptly notify us in writing (using our contact details at section 9) if you become aware of any unauthorized use or disclosure of your password;
2.1.3. Accept full responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account, resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your password. You acknowledge that failure to maintain this security may result in financial loss or harm to you or Quantum S2 Ltd.
2.1.4. Your account is exclusively for your personal use. You are not allowed to transfer your account to another individual or entity. Any third-party involvement in the management of your account is solely at your own risk and discretion.
3.1. Quantum S2 Ltd reserves the right to suspend your access to our services if there is a failure to renew your subscription. Despite the suspension of services, your data will be retained within our system and can be made available for download upon request.
3.2. In the event of a violation of this agreement, we also reserve the right to modify or cancel your account. We will do this only after providing appropriate notice and explanation, except in situations where delaying action could lead to further violation of the agreement or cause harm to Quantum S2 Ltd or other users. Should we terminate any products or services for which you have paid, but not yet received, and provided you have not violated this agreement, you will be refunded for the terminated services.

Your agreement to adhere to and be bound by these terms and conditions is considered valid from your first use of S2 Distro.
